Living in fear.

For a while, living in fear actually worked pretty well for me.

It allowed me to live a controlled life where things mostly went according to plan. That is… until I moved to New York City in 2014 to pursue a Master’s in Branding at the School of Visual Arts.

Trying to control New York? A complete nightmare.

But what truly pushed me to take action wasn’t just the chaos of the city—it was the realization that I wasn’t fully living. I was playing it safe. I wasn’t enjoying this new chapter, or life in general, the way I knew I could.

So I made the most courageous decision of my life: I chose to confront my fears—all of them. I launched a social experiment called 100 Days Without Fear, where I faced one fear every single day, from holding a tarantula to dancing in Times Square. I documented it all, publicly, with complete vulnerability and zero polish.

What started as a personal challenge went viral.

Millions of people watched me grow in real time. And on October 18, 2015, I faced my final fear: giving a TEDx talk in Houston. That moment not only helped me conquer my fear of public speaking—it helped me realize my purpose.

Since then, I’ve spoken on over 500 stages around the world, empowering people to trade fear for action, perfectionism for authenticity, and control for fulfillment.

Today, I partner with global brands, universities, and organizations to bring this message to life. My keynote is more than a speech—it’s an invitation to disrupt comfort, embrace uncertainty, and lead with courage. I share actionable tools, powerful stories, and a contagious energy that inspires people to make brave decisions in business and in life.

If you’re planning an event and want to spark real transformation—let’s talk.

Let’s help your audience choose growth over comfort, one brave step at a time.
